This week seems like we have an extra week in the month of May. So used to having Memorial Day weekend followed closely by June 1, that it’s been a treat this year to relax before jumping into June. Great time to catch up on stuff I’ve been putting off.

Spring is in the air
Springtime blossoms, gorgeous flowers, newly-planted gardens, blue skies, and warm weather are great. This is one of my favorite times of the year, but with allergies and a virus, I’m enjoying the beauty from my window.
Kudos!
I’ll give myself an amazing pat on the back. I’ve reached semi finalist status on a contest submission of a few pages of a manuscript. Thanks to all the suggestions and edits and on-line classes and writer’s group that has helped me along.

It’s time

Change happens.
What happens when your minister leaves? What if your pastor decides to retire? What if your priest transfers to another church?
California wet weather is here
Finally–a winter storm with wind and rain. It’s great for keeping me inside and writing.
Lazy Days
Where are all those lazy days of retirement? You know, where you get up in the morning with nowhere to go and nothing to do?
Stupendous!
I am excited to finally be on board.
