This week seems like we have an extra week in the month of May. So used to having Memorial Day weekend followed closely by June 1, that it’s been a treat this year to relax before jumping into June. Great time to catch up on stuff I’ve been putting off.
Spring is in the air
Springtime blossoms, gorgeous flowers, newly-planted gardens, blue skies, and warm weather are great. This is one of my favorite times of the year, but with allergies and a virus, I’m enjoying the beauty from my window.

I’ll give myself an amazing pat on the back. I’ve reached semi finalist status on a contest submission of a few pages of a manuscript. Thanks to all the suggestions and edits and on-line classes and writer’s group that has helped me along.
