Bilbo motivates me

It is 60 years since he left the lonely mountain. Gandalf has wished him well as he sets off from the shire on his final adventure … but he still has the ring.

A good friend reminds him of this, and Bilbo lets the ring fall from his fingers and departs.

It’s sad to end a chapter of your life and give up familiar things. At the same time, it’s exhilarating to look forward to new adventures. Giving up a place you’re used to can be tough. I have a reason to move on—several in fact. Home has been my place of safety, family, friends, love, and happiness. Times have changed around here, and it’s no longer the same.

I have changed, and that motivates me to move on.

Stay Tuned for My Book Release

Meet my new character, veterinarian, Dr. Kat Lamar, starring in my new book, The Flying Horse Caper. She’s confident, maybe too confident, as she joins her family’s horse ranch, because soon, unexpected events begin upsetting her perfectly ordered life. Someone has begun down a path of destruction to ruin the Flying Horse Ranch, and she’s determined to unmask the culprit. But can she do it alone?

My Book is Coming Out Soon

I’m so excited and thrilled to have a book published! Can’t wait to see it in print.

It’s all about  a young woman who’s at a low point in her life. She flees to a family haven in a small beach town along California’s coast. The story is a light-hearted mystery with some romance and spirituality.
